Tim Lahey from the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center will discuss the increased mortality rate of rural patients with HIV. Tim Lahey is an assistant professor of microbiology and immunology at Dartmouth Medical School and a staff physician at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He cares for his for his patients with HIV infection in Lebanon and Manchester, and does clinical and basic science HIV research in the United States and Tanzania.
