Main level, Lamson Library and Learning Commons

The Lamson Library and Learning Commons is pleased to welcome the exhibition Explore Other Lands: A Journey into the Arab World by Najwa O’Hara.

The exhibition features a selection of 20 items including spices, copper and silver work, and beautiful tea and coffee accessories.

Ms. O’Hara was born in Mosul, a small city in northern Iraq. She is currently an MBA student and member of the Fellowship Program at PSU.

The Plymouth State University Office of Alumni Relations and the Alumni Association are offering tickets to three Red Sox home games during the summer of 2008. Each home game starts with a two hour alumni reception and concludes with great seats (Rightfield Box or Infield Grandstand) to a Red Sox game.  Contact the Office of Alumni Relations for more information or to order tickets.

The Hanover Chamber Orchestra, founded in 1976, is an ensemble for some of the region’s finest musicians. This highly esteemed professional chamber orchestra draws musicians from all parts of northern New England as well as from Boston, Montreal and New York City.

The orchestra has worked with Dartmouth College, Plymouth State University, and the Manchester Choral Society in performances throughout New England and even in Carnegie Hall.
