New Hampshire Fish and Game and its partners recently completed the State’s Wildlife Action Plan. NH’s towns and non-profit organizations are expected to play an important role in its implementation. The Wildlife Action Plan identifies species at risk, assesses threats to their continued existence, and offers strategies to address the needs. This workshop will help those interested interpret the plan, maps and data as well as learn how to help turn from plan to action. Lindsay Webb, a Biological Technician for NH Fish and Game’s Nongame and Endangered Wildlife Program, will act as a guide through the document and highlight key chapeters. She will also discuss new conservation planning tools and techniques.
This presentation is co-sponsored by the Margaret & H.A. Rey Center and the Center for the Environment. Please contact the Center for the Environment for more information.
