Hanaway Theatre, Silver Center

The Plymouth State Dance Premier offers dancers of all ages and levels, the opportunity to take master classes in a variety of dance styles with local and visiting professionals.  A gala performance at the end of the day will feature Deca Dance Theatre, an all-female hip-hop company from New York, and up to ten participant-submitted choreographic works.

Each participant creates his or her own Dance Premier schedule by choosing four master classes from a variety of dance styles and teachers.  Then, after a long day of dancing, participants are invited to attend—or, if they are accepted by audition, to perform in—a gala performance in the Silver Center for the Arts’ Hanaway Theatre featuring Deca Dance Theatre.

For registration forms, program costs, and more information, visit the Dance Premier Web site.

Tickets for the Gala performance at 8 p.m. are available from the Silver Center Box Office or can be ordered online.
