Jens Hilke will discuss the Vermont Community Wildlife Program (CWP). CWP provides technical assistance on conservation and land-use planning to towns, non-government organizations, and regional planning commissions. The presentation will review the approach the CWP takes when providing assistance , review case studies, and discuss how these strategies might work in the context of the New Hampshire Wildlife Action Plan.
Jens Hilke currently works for the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department as a Conservation Planning Biologist. He helps towns, regional planning commissions, and non-government organizations with their conservation planning efforts.
