Hartman Union Building – Fireplace Lounge
US State Department will once again be here on the PSU campus to assist faculty, staff, students and COMMUNITY MEMBERS in processing passport applications. Bagley Center will provide free passport photos for PSU members. There will be a $7.00 photo taking fee for all others.
Valid form of photo identication (driver’s license,government issued ID, or military ID). Proof of U.S. Citizenship (e.g. certified U.S. birth certificate with seal, original Naturalization Certificate, Report of Birth Abroad, previous U.S. passport, etc.) required. (no photocopies)
Cost for applicants- Checks and money orders accepted. Sorry, NO cash or cards.
Adults $100.00 for passport book
Minors $85 for passport book
Renewals $75.00 for passport book
Passport cards (adults) $45.00
Passport cards (minors) $35.00

Pick up your passport, passport card, or passport renewal applications at The Bagley Center at PSU 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday – Friday
