Pease Public Library

David Berona, Director of Lamson Library, will be discussing his book “Wordless Books: The Original Graphic Novels” – at Pease Public Library in Plymouth.  The program will take place on Tuesday, March 17 at 7 PM. 

David will show slides of the early 20th century woodcut artists who created the first wordless books, including Frans Masereel, Lynn Ward, Otto Nuckel and Milt Gross.   David’s book was selected as one of the winners of the 2009 New York Book Show.
