Hanaway Theatre, Silver Center for the Arts
The Plymouth State University Choirs will collaborate with the Manchester Choral Society, the Hanover Chamber Orchestra, and professional soloists in performances of Michael Tippett’s monumental Holocaust oratorio “A Child of Our Time.” Conducted by music director Dan Perkins, the concerts will also include Franz Josef Haydn’s “Te Deum” and Symphony No. 96 (”Miracle”) honoring the 200th anniversary of the composer’s death.
A pre-concert talk will be held at 7pm in the Smith Recital Hall.
