A signing ceremony to celebrate the “Last Beam Up” in the steel frame of PSU’s new Ice Arena and Welcome Center will be held today at 4 p.m. (rain or shine) on the west side of the Physical Plant Building.
Attendees will be able to put their own signature on the beam.
