Smith Recital Hall
Pairing humorous storytelling with political commentary and a bluesy rock style, his songs find rays of hope in a time of struggle. Snider casts a critical eye on the state of the world with his trademark blend of wry wit and compassion for the 99%. More than anything, Todd Snider is uproariously funny: he’s angry without being sanctimonious, whimsical without being lightweight, a heat-seeking missile whose humor-armed warhead makes surgical strikes at his many targets. In 2012 he released Agnostic Hymns & Stoner Fables and Time As We Know It: The Songs of Jerry Jeff Walker.
This performance is not recommended for children, closed minds or anyone easily offended.
$30 adult, $28 senior, $15 youth, PSU discounts available at the box office window with a valid PSU ID.
