Welcome Center

All staff are invited to join in on one of the the Walking Through Winter workshops, Monday, Dec 10th or Monday, Dec 17th both at 2:00 p.m. in the Savage Welcome Center (ice arena). Folks will be gathering at 1:45 pm. Sponsored by Healthy PSU, this workshop will be an opportunity to learn about using a pedometer and to meet others who might form a walking group! Walking is a great form of health-promotion and it is relaxing too. It can also be fun, especially with a group of colleagues or friends. This program will have ways to walk alone, and ways to share the fun with others in the group. Embrace winter in NH by “stepping right in!”.
