Ed Webster is a well-known American climber, photographer, lecturer, and author. A veteran of seven Himalayan expeditions to Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and Parkistan. Ed was also the first American mountaineer to climb in Mongolia. He is featured in many guide books and is from New England.

He is coming to Plymouth to talk about his expedition to Mt. Everest. He was part of a team that went on an expedition that has been hailed as “the last of the great Everest expeditions” and “one of the most audacious mountaineering feats of all time.” He was part of a team that freed up a new route to the summit without any oxygen.
