Mark T. Sylvestre Planetarium

NASA Solar System Ambassador Sally Jensen will discuss the life and work of Galileo Galilei. As the first to use the telescope to study the heavens, he opened up the universe in ways unmatched before or since.  His genius and courage added to our understanding not only of the nature of the universe but of science itself.

The talk is for all ages and is free.

For more information, contact Dr. Dennis Machnik at 535-2748.
