Rhode Island Alumni Social

Plymouth alumna, Abby Cabral ‘83 welcomes us back to her restaurant for great food on the mezzanine! A variety of delicious appetizers will be provided: Scallops wrapped in bacon; Baked mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and sherry butter ritz crackers; Chicken skewers with blackberry chiplote sauce; House made pizza with chourico, peppers and onions; Vegetable crudite with gorganzola and caesar dipping sauce; Crostini with sirloin, mushrooms, onions and melted Gorgonzola; Assorted mini cheesecakes. A cash bar will also be available. Come reconnect with Plymouth State alumni living in Rhode Island.
